Brian Bannon | Senior Physiotherapist

Brian is the Senior Physiotherapist at Uplift Physio with 4-years of experience working across different specialities, including trauma & orthopaedics, musculoskeletal (MSK) settings, paediatric MSK, and stroke rehabilitation. Born in Ireland, Brian chose to move to the UK after receiving his BSc. in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy, and was later awarded his Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia.

Competing in Track and Field and Kickboxing at an amateur level, Brian chose to pursue Physiotherapy after sustaining his own list of injuries, and realised the benefits of integrating strength and conditioning principles for enhancing overall physical resilience.

Brian’s treatment philosophy is anchored in prioritising the individual's needs, goals, and fostering a collaborative relationship to better support someone to return to sport, work, or anything in-between.
