Sarah is a Dietitian from Welcome 2 Wellness, supporting clients at Uplift Physio to achieve their nutrition goals. Having worked across various NHS and private settings since 2009, she has learnt that the most important part of a consultation is to listen to clients, be non-judgemental, and support them toward their own health goals. She enjoys getting to know people and seeing them work towards the health they want.

Sarah specialises in weight management, including weight loss injection support and bariatric surgery. She also supports people with sports performance, diabetes, IBS, coeliac disease, and nutrition support. Other members of her team can provide expertise in additional areas of nutrition.
