Biomechanical Assessment

First step - Identifying patterns

Identifying your movement patterns and learned compensatory strategies - this will be through a few questions on your daily routine and habits, followed by a full-body assessment to identify areas of improvement.

Second step - Problem Solving

We will create a list of problems together, and like any problem, there is always a set of solutions. We are a firm believer of a solid plan rather than just aimlessly following a basic strengthening and massage regime.

Third Step - Treatment

Start tackling the problem with the devised solutions. This will be a combination of hands-on treatment and coaching you to perform movements according to the biomechanics and anatomy of our bones and muscles.
