Evelyn is a Sports Massage Therapist at Uplift Physiotherapy, holding a VTCT Level 4 qualification. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Manchester Metropolitan University, building on her previous degree in Anatomy and Human Biomechanics from Hong Kong.

Before transitioning into physiotherapy, Evelyn was a professional dancer and coach, an experience that gives her unique insight into movement, performance, and injury prevention. She continues to coach dance, combining her deep understanding of the body with hands-on therapy to support recovery, improve performance, and optimize movement.

From managing sports injuries to enhancing flexibility and movement efficiency, Evelyn uses targeted techniques to help clients feel stronger, more resilient, and in control of their bodies.
